Refund policy
1. We offer 14-days voluntary returns (from delivery date) if you change your mind:
- Item must be unused, undamaged
- In original sealed packaging with all accessories & manuals
- Valid proof of purchase required
- Return shipping cost is your responsibility
- No restocking fee
- Refunds issued after inspection (3–10 business days)
2. Exchange
We offer exchanges for change of mind, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong:
- Contact us within 7 days with photos/videos & order number
- We will provide prepaid return label (our cost)
- We will offer: full refund, free replacement, or repair
- Refund includes product + original shipping cost
4. How to Return

- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if damaged/faulty)
- Provide tracking number
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used, opened, or damaged items (unless faulty under ACL)
- Missing packaging, accessories or manuals
- Items returned after 30 days (change of mind)
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds go to original payment method
- Allow 3–10 business days to appear in your account
- Original shipping not refunded for change-of-mind returns
