Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to most Australian addresses, including:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • Regional areas (may take longer)

We currently do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional areas: 4–7 business days
  • Delivery times start counting after the order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight/size
  • Delivery location

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email.You can track your delivery online at any time.

6. Delivery Attempts

If you are not home:

  • The courier will leave a delivery notice
  • You can rearrange delivery or collect from the nearest depot

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • No one available to receive the parcel
  • COVID, weather, or courier delays

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed
  • Refused delivery
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
